Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep $19 Hour
Location: Murrieta CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30-6.00pm temp to hire
Overview of Position:
A home services company in Murrieta is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Rep with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets!
You will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential clients to generate appointments and share pricing and service plan offerings.
This is a Temp to Hire hourly position with the opportunity to earn performance incentives based on calls booked/appointments scheduled!
Job Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone email and online channels.

Engage with customers understand service needs recommend HVAC plumbing or electrical solutions.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of services and pricing structures.

Make outgoing calls to existing customer base to cross sell or up sell service plans.

Proactively make outbound calls convert prospects into customers.

Provide accurate and detailed information about services promotions and pricing.

Maintain customer records update CRM system and track sales activities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Continuously learn sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with Management team to support sales campaigns promotions and initiatives.

Work with Service Teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
Requirements of This Position

Proven experience in inside sales preferably within the residential services industry.

Technical knowledge of HVAC plumbing or electrical systems is a huge plus!

Strong customer service skills ability to handle objections and close sales.

Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Accurate Data Entry and MS Office Skills required CRM experience a huge plus!

Experience with Service Titan software an extra plus!

Bilingual Spanish a plus not required.
