Schedule: Must work Wednesdays other days/hours negotiable. Approximately 15 hours per week

Job Overview:
Part time Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks and accounting experience to work approximately 15 hours per week.
Must work Wednesdays other days flexible schedule (for example three mornings per week) with the potential for hours to increase. Temp to Hire opportunity!
Job Duties and Skills:

Experience using QuickBooks Desktop version required.

Light accounting obtain releases process insurance paperwork

Match receipts to orders enter into system to generate invoicing ensure it matches.

Set up job files work orders plans and work schedules

Data entry in Excel copy typing into the system

Scanning documents filing hard copy alphabetically

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Outlook Word Excel and accurate Data Entry.

Familiarity with shared drive software such as Dropbox or One Drive a big plus

Working knowledge of office equipment printers copiers scanners etc.

Great attention to detail and willing to learn

Drug Screen and Background Check required.
