Administrative Coordinator $19-$22 DOE
Location: Murrieta CA
Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm flexibility for overtime weekends and rotating shifts
Overview of Position:
The Administrative Coordinator provides executive support to the Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations while assisting with data entry scheduling purchasing and project documentation.
This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing tasks organizing meetings and maintaining records. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity!
Job Duties:

Serve as administrative support for the Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations.

Process Purchase Orders for the Maintenance Team.

Take meeting notes attend meetings take minutes when Director cannot attend.

Process expense reports order office supplies run daily reports.

Schedule meetings in Outlook & Microsoft Teams enter appointments for vendors.

Maintain calendars schedules travel arrangements and availability tracking for the executive team.

Enter Purchase Orders in coordination with the Purchasing team.

Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and tracking systems.

Assist with special projects by handling documentation scheduling and status updates.

Draft memos notes and updates to relevant teams regarding ongoing projects.

Ensure smooth coordination between Operations Sales Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
Skills & Experience

Prior administrative experience proficient in MS Office ERP/MRP software a plus

Bilingual Spanish preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. AA Degree a plus

Excellent time management organization skills ability to prioritize work

Able to work effectively with employees supervisors managers and external parties.

Drug Screen and Background Check required.
