Maintenance Technician/Handyman $23 hour
Location: Temecula CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30 pm 30 min lunch Flex for OT and weekends
Duration: Two to Four Weeks duration of project may extend to two months
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man for a Short Term project to assist with basic facilities maintenance and repairs
and a year-end clean up at a facility in Temecula.
Job Duties

Basic knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry flooring painting/wallpaper and waste management systems.

Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks.

Complete service and maintenance requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.

Assist with annual clean up help with clearing out storage units moving items for disposal to dumpsters.

May perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager.
Skills and Qualifications

Prior work experience as a handyman or in facilities maintenance.

Familiar with hand and power tools and equipment.

Familiar with the safe use and storage of chemicals and general cleaning supplies.

Must possess valid drivers’ license (may drive a Golf Cart around the facility)

Drug Screen and Background check required.
