Maintenance Helper/Janitor $20.00/hour – Part Time
Location: Murrieta CA
Duration: Long Term ongoing start time 8.30am for initial training
Schedule: 8:30am-12:30pm Monday to Friday 20 hours per week.
Handyman/Janitorial helper for a Gated Community in Murrieta. Twenty (20) hours per week. Daytime schedule at outset start time will be 8.30am. Once initial training is completed company is willing to discuss work schedule.
What are the Job Duties?

Perform handyman duties to include basic electrical plumbing carpentry painting etc.

Keep interior and exterior pool area restrooms common areas clean and in good repair.

Clean bathrooms sinks floors glass and fixtures restock supplies (soap and paper towel dispensers)

Empty waste baskets trash removal sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting general duties.

Occasionally assist with groundskeeping tasks (there is a landscaping service)

Stow tools and equipment safely and securely at end of shift
What Skills and Experience do you need?

Prior experience as a handyman or Maintenance Technician is REQUIRED.

Hand Tool and Power Tool experience and willing to work indoors and outdoors.

May be required to drive a golf cart type utility vehicle around the property.
